Association Amateur Old Apple is committed to creating a comprehensive inventory of existing plants, provide for their recovery and their propagation, prepare land for cultivation of small dispersed in various locations in order to maintain even the microdiversità species. The project consists of several moments that are: the creation of educational tours to promote the product to be protected by virtue of its specificity, practical activities in the Field School, where the Association will set up a space for students to experiment with different stages of cultivation of the apple tree assisted by 'volunteers' Association and by qualified experts.
